Why Plano, Frisco and Arlington homeowners call us back

A roof is a 25-year decision you make on a bad week, usually right after a storm, with three trucks parked on your street. We try to make that week calmer.

Ray and Linda Castillo, owners. We started with one truck in 2006. Our son Mateo runs the crews now.

  • Salaried estimators, no commission

The person on your roof is paid the same whether you sign or not. You get the photos and an honest call, even when the answer is a $400 repair instead of a new roof.

  • Our own crews, one foreman per job

No day-labor subcontractors. Your crew lead has been with us 8 years on average and stays on site from tear-off to the final nail sweep.

  • Most roofs finished in one day

A typical 30-square DFW roof is torn off, dried in and finished by sundown. Complex and metal roofs take 2 to 3 days, and we tell you which one you have up front.

  • A written quote that holds for 30 days

Line by line: tear-off, decking, underlayment, material, labor, cleanup. If we find more rotten decking than the allowance, you see a photo before we charge for it.

The free inspection takes 45 minutes and you keep everything we find

Your estimate above is a range. The inspection turns it into one number. Here is exactly what happens once we pull up.

  1. 0:00

    We text, then knock

You get a text 20 minutes out with your estimator's name and photo. Marked truck, company shirt, ID badge.

  2. 0:05

    Drone flight over every slope

About 10 minutes. High-resolution photos of the whole roof, so nobody guesses from the ground.

  3. 0:15

    Hands-on check with test squares

We chalk a 10 by 10 ft test square on each slope and count hail hits, then check flashing, vents, gutters and the soft metals.

  4. 0:30

    Attic check

Decking from below, ventilation, and any water trails. This is where most surprise costs hide, so we look now.

  5. 0:45

    Photos at your kitchen table

We walk you through what we found. Your written quote and the full photo report arrive by email within 24 hours.

A 10-year workmanship warranty, printed and signed

The shingles carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our warranty covers the part that fails most often: how the roof was put on. It transfers once if you sell.

Covered for 10 years

  • Leaks caused by installation
  • Flashing, pipe boots and vents we installed
  • Shingle blow-offs below the rated wind speed
  • Labor to fix any of the above, at no charge

Not covered, and why

  • New hail or storm damage (that is an insurance claim)
  • Fallen trees and limbs
  • Work by another contractor after us, like a new satellite dish

Hail claims, handled with you, not for you

You own the claim and you make the calls. We bring the evidence and stand on the roof with your adjuster. If the damage isn't storm damage, we tell you before you file.

  1. 1

    We inspect and document

Drone photos, test-square hit counts and a report written for adjusters, not for sales.

  2. 2

    You open the claim

A 10-minute call to your insurer. We'll sit at the table with you if you want, and send the report to your adjuster.

  3. 3

We meet your adjuster on the roof

Your estimator walks every slope with them, so nothing gets missed or argued from the driveway.

  4. 4

You pay your deductible, we build

Insurance pays for covered damage. We schedule the install and send the invoice straight to your carrier.

We will never cover your deductible

Texas law (Insurance Code Chapter 707) doesn't allow a roofer to pay, waive or rebate your deductible. If a contractor offers, that is your cue to keep looking.

Class 4 shingles may lower your premium

Many Texas insurers offer a discount for impact-resistant Class 4 roofs. Ask your agent before you choose, and we'll send them the certificate after install.

"Marco showed us the drone photos at our kitchen table before he said a word about price. He met our adjuster on the roof two weeks later, and the claim was approved for the full roof. We paid our $2,500 deductible and that was the end of it."

Dwayne M., Arlington. Architectural shingles, this year

  • "He told me my 14-year-old roof had about five more years in it and fixed two lifted shingles for $385. That's why I'll call him when it's time."

Carol W., Plano. Repair, this year

  • "Rotten decking over the garage. They texted photos before replacing a single sheet. Six sheets over the allowance, $468, exactly what the quote said."

Brenda O., Keller. Architectural shingles, last year

  • "Metal cost more than shingles and they said so on day one. The final invoice matched the quote to the dollar."

Greg T., Flower Mound. Standing-seam metal, last year

Questions we hear on every driveway

Something else on your mind? Call (972) 555-0148. A person answers from 7 AM to 7 PM, every day of the week.

How close is the online estimate to the real price?

Most of our written quotes land inside the range you see here. It moves if we find soft decking, a second layer of old shingles, or a steeper roof than average. The inspection is where we measure all of that, and the quote is fixed for 30 days after.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. 45 minutes, no charge, no obligation. You keep the drone photos and the written report whether you hire us or not.

Will you push me to file an insurance claim?

No. If the damage isn't from a storm, we say so, because a denied claim can still show up on your insurance history. If it is storm damage, we show you the photos and you decide.

How long does a replacement take?

Most DFW homes take one day. Complex roofs and standing-seam metal take 2 to 3 days. We schedule around the forecast and text you the evening before.

Do I need to be home?

For the inspection, yes, at least for the last 15 minutes when we go through the photos. On install day, no. We need the driveway clear and an outdoor outlet.

My HOA has color rules. Who handles that?

We do. We send your HOA the color, material and manufacturer spec sheet for approval as part of the job. Most DFW HOAs answer within two weeks.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, through a lending partner, with terms from 12 to 120 months on approved credit. Your estimate page shows an example monthly payment.

Do you pull permits?

Where your city requires a permit for a re-roof, we pull it, pass the inspection and include the fee in your quote. You never have to call the city.
