What you bring back to the shop
The summit is run by three owners from Aurora, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins who got tired of conferences where the speaker's real business was selling a course. These are the rules we hold ourselves to:
- No one pitches from the stage.
- Every speaker runs a home-service company you can look up.
- Sponsors get a table in the hall, not a keynote.
- Real numbers on the slides, including the bad months.

The two-year apprentice ladder from Summit Line Electric, the CSR retention plan from Northside Heating & Air, and a side-by-side of hourly, commission and hybrid tech pay. Templates arrive by email the week after.
Your 2027 marketing budget, checked against 60+ shops
Before the summit, attendees answer a 12-question survey. On Nov 12 you get the results by trade and revenue band: cost per booked job, LSA spend, maintenance plan pricing. Your shop's answers stay anonymous.

Every speaker owns or runs a home-service company in the Mountain West. You'll find their trucks on the road, not their faces on a sales page.

Larimer Works, in RiNo
A 1920s ironworks on Larimer Street, now three event rooms and a rooftop. All three tracks are in one building, so switching sessions takes a flight of stairs, not a shuttle.

Questions owners ask before they buy
Anything else goes to tickets@frontrangesummit.com. A person on our team answers within one business day.
What if I can't make it?
You get a full refund to your card until Thursday, Oct 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm MT. After that we don't refund, but you can hand your ticket to anyone at no charge until the morning of the event. Email us the new name and email and we reissue the QR code.
Can I change names on a Team 3-Pack?
Yes. Names on any ticket can change as often as you need until Nov 11. Team 3-Pack seats are General tickets, so each person gets their own QR code and can sit anywhere outside the VIP section.
Is the venue accessible?
Larimer Works has step-free entry on Larimer Street, an elevator to every floor including the rooftop, and accessible restrooms on each level. The Main Hall has live captions on the side screen, and we hold seats near the front for anyone who asks. Tell us about any other need at checkout and we reply within two business days.
Who is this not for?
If you're a solo tech just starting out, most sessions will assume a team, a dispatch process and a marketing budget you don't have yet. Vendors who sell to contractors can book a sponsor table instead of a ticket.
Are the sessions recorded?
The keynote and all 16 track sessions are recorded. VIP tickets include the recordings, sent Nov 13. General ticket holders can add them for $99 after the event. The lunch roundtables are not recorded, so people talk freely.
What happens at the VIP speaker dinner?
Wednesday, Nov 11 at 6:30 pm in a private room at Tamarack Kitchen, two blocks from the venue. 40 seats, tables of six, one speaker at each table. Dinner and drinks are covered.
