Meet Hana Lee.

"Most closets aren't too small. They're holding clothes for three different versions of you."

I started Wren & Fold in 2016 with a label maker and a Subaru. Since then my team and I have organized more than 400 homes across the Front Range, from Park Hill bungalows to Highlands Ranch walk-ins. I start every job in the closet, because it's the first door you open each morning.

I built this challenge for the people who couldn't book me for a full day. Same method I use in clients' homes, done by you, 20 minutes at a time.

Hana LeeFounder, Wren & Fold. Organizing homes in Denver since 2016.

Megan R., Lakewood, winter 2026 round

Before you sign up.

Still unsure about something? Email hana@wrenandfold.com and Hana or her lead organizer will reply within a day.

Is it actually free?

Yes. The daily task emails and all five live sessions cost nothing. Right after you sign up you'll see an optional $27 VIP pack with a printable workbook and two extra Q&As. You can skip it with one click.

What if I can't make 7:00 pm MT?

That's 9:00 pm ET, 8:00 pm CT and 6:00 pm PT. Every task works without the live session, and each replay stays up for 48 hours.

How long does each day really take?

Twenty minutes for the task. The live session is 30 minutes and optional. Day 2 can run longer in a big closet, so Hana's rule is to stop at 20 minutes and finish Wednesday.

Do I need to buy bins or hangers?

No. You need three bags and the hangers you already own. Nothing gets bought for storage until Friday, when you know what's staying.

My closet is small, or I share it.

Small closets finish faster. If you share, edit your side only. Friday's rules include one for the shared shelf.

Will I be on camera?

Only if you want to be. Most people keep their camera off and type questions into the chat. Hana answers them by first name.

Monday at 6:00 am MT, your first 20 minutes arrive.

Free, October 5 to 9. Live at 7:00 pm MT, replays for 48 hours.
